Sharjah Age-Friendly City Committee

The committee works on developing and implementing initiatives that support the elderly within the SDD’s scope, in line with the goals of the “Sharjah Age-Friendly City” program.

Its efforts include actively participating in workshops and brainstorming sessions, attending coordination meetings, and keeping track of updates related to the program.

The committee also follows up on the implementation of these initiatives by coordinating with relevant local authorities to ensure they are effectively carried out and create a positive impact in serving the elderly.
